How to create blend mode with Fireworks

In this tutorial you are going to learn how to use blend mode to an image using Fireworks. Fireworks has several blending mode help you to get the look you want in a photograph. The blending mode allow you to create multiple images. Blending mode also include a dimension of control to the opacity of objects and images.


Software Required

Adobe Fireworks (Macromedia Fireworks prior to version 8). Please check out the compatible versions listed in the box below. Since this tutorial covers an inbuild core function of fireworks to use blend mode to an image, using mostly any version of these software should be fine. If you are using the CS4 version of these software please read Blend Mode Effect with Adobe Fireworks CS4.
